The Comcáac people are hunters-fishermen-gatherers
The Comcáac people are the only indigenous people in Mexico that remain as hunter-fishermen-gatherers, although they are no longer that as their form of survival as adapted, as change and challenges of modern life appear in the last three decades there have been important changes to overcome that have allowed them to maintain that vocation, as this activities are seen as highly profitable activities, which has also allowed them to reconstitute and strengthen themselves as an indigenous people.
